Restoring Lives Through Christ-Centered Care

Mai Swigart’s heart for women’s healing comes from her own powerful journey. Born and raised in war-torn Vietnam, Mai experienced abuse, trauma, and dysfunction before immigrating to the United States in 1991. Through the grace of God, she found freedom, strength, and purpose—and now dedicates her life to helping other women find the same victory in Jesus Christ.

A Board-Certified Biblical Counselor (BCBC), Certified Christian Women’s Life Coach (CCWLC), and Certified Codependence Specialist (CCS), Mai brings both professional expertise and deep compassion to her work at Still Waters Recovery Center. She helps women navigate the pain of co-occurring disorders, rebuild their self-worth, and step into the healing power of Christ.

Through her faith, empathy, and personal experience, Mai leads women into a new chapter—one filled with peace, restoration, and the hope of the Gospel.
