Restoring Lives Through Christ-Centered Care

Mrs. Minney is married to her husband Dana, and they have two incredible grown sons and an amazing daughter-in-law to be.  Joanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Certificate in Crime and Intelligence Analysis and a Certification in Forensic Investigation from California State University Fullerton.  Before joining the team at Still Waters Recovery Center, she experienced an illustrious 25 career in local law enforcement.  During that time, she was on the Peer Support Team providing support to law enforcement personnel experiencing trauma after critical incidents.  She is a published author and advocate for mothers and has been a Christ follower for her entire life.  Her favorite verse is Romans 8:28 - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.
